                                         Clear mind, open heart.
                                         Relax, worlds apart.
                                         Eyes closed, trancelike state.
                                         Alert, sit and wait.
                                         Thoughts come, swirl around.
                                         Inside, purpose found.
                                         Vision, end in sight.
                                         Ideals, art takes flight.
                                         Take care, work is done.
                                         Years pass, art lives on.
